As kids, being invited to a birthday party showed that you were accepted. Things really haven't changed now as adults…just in a different way. We always have a fear of rejection.

This was probably one of the fastest shoots i've ever done…The waves were rough, so we had to keep dodging the waves so the cake wouldn't float away! I was glad to work with a different guy model, other than myself. Tarek(model) is a very talented designer, and is co owner of a design house called Sugar & Fluff. We were friends from college, both studying design together, so it was awesome to shoot and catch up! My lovely wife was the confetti thrower and axe coordinator haha.
