Trying to juggle full time work during the week while shooting weddings on the weekend is a blessing, yet it doesn't leave me much time besides that, haha. I had to shooting something spontaneous this last weekend since I had a sunday off. I didn't really have a shoot planned like most of my other work, but it just felt great to go out again and create, and just be.
. 
For those unaware, my wife is strongly influenced by Japanese culture. She lived there for a year and taught English. She fell in love with Japan. One day we both hope to live there, yet right now, we have to wait. She often says she feels like shes just visiting America, while Japan feels more like her home..so she gets homesick  This piece represents that to me, being divided from different cultures.
